The Sea is a great place to marvel at the big ships and the terrifying monsters. Marvel away as they attack you and rend you to bits. As Sea Combat is more fast-paced, I recommend going on your boat when you’re tired of grinding FFXIV Gil. Believe me that time will come.

Take your time leveling at sea because generally people are only level 12~15. They are often lower than their land level so don’t be surprised to see a Guardian Swordsman on a little level 8 skiff.

The last thing in this section has to be: Do not expect to level in an hour once you reach that kind of level. Relax because level 38 to 50 is the hardest part. Once that’s over you get loads more quests and the quicker leveling occurs again.

Identity Crisis on Exeter? Once you’ve got to level 40, you will have the chance to change class. I suggest you do it at level 41 because then you can use that handy little weapon they give you.

Of course, doing it at forty gives you access to the skills previously closed to you. It really is your call, friend.
